Brut Champagne

A blend of more than 100 vintages from the Champagne region, this cuvée is a real journey of the senses through Champagne, from the Marne valley to the south of the Aisne.

Notes of white flowers, citrus. Pome fruits, such as quince, apple, crisp pear, but also white peach. Small delicate touches of spices, cumin, anise and infusions, black tea and lime blossom. Light pastry notes like the puff pastry of a fine apple pie.

An aperitif champagne par excellence, the Champagne Brut cuvée will go perfectly with gourmet and delicate appetizers such as small foie gras puff pastries.
