Purchase process:

- When the purchases are finished, summary of the basket via “your purchases”
- 2 possibilities: continue shopping or close the sale via continue
- Customer authentication (existing account or new user) + acceptance of the general conditions of sale (this step can be carried out before the purchase process).
- Indication of delivery and billing addresses
- Choice of Bpost delivery or collection at the depot
- Validation: order summary screen
Payment Terms:
- Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email as well as payment information (depending on the payment method chosen).
- Upon receipt of your payment, we will dispatch the goods within 10 working days (except for the book box where delivery times are specified in the item description)
- In default of payment, the order will be automatically canceled within 24 hours
Return, Exchange:
- The affected item will be returned to #change# within 5 days of notification of cancellation.
- The item(s) must be in perfect condition and preferably returned in their original packaging.
- The item must not have undergone any treatment, washing, deodorizing or other.
- The article must not have the presence of animal hair, tobacco smell, cooking smell, stain.
- They will be carefully packaged to avoid any damage during the return.
- #achanger# reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund if it does not meet the conditions set out above, the return of refused items is the responsibility of the customer.
- The refund or exchange will take place within 7 working days.
- If the package is accepted upon delivery, we are not responsible if it has been opened and/or emptied of its contents. If you notice an abnormally low weight, just refuse it, because once accepted it is considered delivered.
Right of withdrawal:
- The customer has the right to notify the seller that he withdraws from the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery of the item. li>
- Ruelle-Dommange allows you to return the item free of charge and thus be reimbursed, if there is an error in the order or if the item is defective.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction:
- For any dispute relating to the execution and interpretation of these general conditions of sale, the courts of the district of Mons in Belgium will have exclusive jurisdiction and in the French language.
Warranty:
- The items you have ordered and received are covered by the legal guarantee applied by articles 1649 and following of the Civil Code.
- Despite the above, you will not be able to claim the guarantee:
- If the article concerned:
- has had normal wear and tear,
- has been modified or repaired,
- has been used improperly or abnormally,
- has suffered intentional or negligent damage.
